Warranty Info

All new safes we sell come with an original manufacturers warranty. The warranty will vary by brand and model. Please refer to the documentation that came with your safe to determine what's covered by the warranty.

Generally the warranty period on safes is 1 year from the date of purchase, however some manufacturers offer longer warranty periods that can span up to 5 years and will even cover in-home labour for this period as well.

If you have any issues with your safe that you feel should be covered by the manufacturers warranty always contact Vancouver Safes first and we'll help determine if the original warranty is still in effect.
